I was never really a fan of crash dieting. In fact, I have seen many negative side effects on people who engage in this regularly to stay in shape. I like eDiet more. My friends do not really like the slow burning results of altering one’s food intake. But I decided to go for it, still, because in my assessment, I find the long term and health benefits of a healthier eating lifestyle more favourable than achieving a killer waistline in the shortest possible time. The slow but sure approach is really a good strategy even in losing weight. I haven’t got too much weight to lose, but I understand that as I get older, my metabolism will crawl more slowly. This inevitable event caused by aging can best be prepared for by means of having lifestyle changes that will accommodate it without too much unpleasant effects. I still respect those who like to lose weight instantly without exercise and dietary changes, but I maintain that slow and steady eDiet wins the race in the long term.
